We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

* Change of mind.
* Incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.
* Personal preference regarding fabric, colour, embroidery, or design after an order has been placed.
* Custom-made or tailored creations.
* Fabrics supplied by customers.

If your creation arrives with a manufacturing fault or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the issue is found to be our responsibility, we will gladly repair or replace your creation at no additional cost.
