Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

As production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, we kindly ask that you ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

Every Aylaa creation is carefully priced to reflect the craftsmanship, materials, and care involved in its creation.

To ensure a consistent experience for all of our customers, our prices are fixed and cannot be negotiated.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid at the time of purchase.

From time to time, promotional offers or discount codes may be available and will be announced through Aylaa's official channels.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate.

As every Aylaa creation is individually handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery placement, hand-finished details, and fabric pattern placement are a natural part of the creation process and should not be considered faults.

We also make every effort to display our fabrics and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Tailoring & Made-to-Order Pieces

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and any information required to complete a made-to-order or tailored creation.

Once production has commenced, made-to-order and tailored creations cannot be cancelled or amended.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, artwork, graphics, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Aylaa and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
